Toaster is one of the most practical and often used appliance in my home. In a moment you can have great warm breakfast or a snack, what else do you need in your kitchen at the moment except for a coffee machine? Couple month ago I visited my friend and noticed that she had toaster oven, instead of usual toasted as I did. I wouldn’t be me if I did not try myself this small oven immediately. Main difference is that it takes double the place of usual toaster, but it is as well has twice much functionality. First of all it is an oven. With a capacity of 22 liters it will do not only toasts, but as well cakes, pizzas and whatever you wish to do. As I am fan of retro design I decided to review retro toaster oven.
Retro Toaster Ovens
Classical toaster oven, with a capacity of 18 – 22 liters. It is rather a small thing, with weight of around 15 lbs, and dimensions: L 19 x W 15 x H 11. Usually they go with four stage heating selectors: Upper Heating / Lower Heating / Upper & Lower Heating / OFF. Adjustable temperature between 200°F – 450°F.

Here is what you get in 2 in 1 toaster aka oven. Compact 2-in-1 appliance, in which top slot works like traditional 2-slice toaster and below is an oven that fits 2 16“ pizza slices or 2 personal pizzas.
Due to the toaster capacity of the oven is smaller and will probably not work for a cake. But who need a cake when you can grill cheese or make a pizza? :)
